Shipping
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the size and quantity of the items ordered.
Delivery Times: Within Australia
We use Australia Post for all domestic shipping. Most orders are dispatched within 12–48 hours. Bulky items or deliveries to rural and remote locations may take up to 5 business days for dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please ensure you provide a valid daytime delivery address. If you do not receive your parcel within 5–7 business days of ordering, please contact us. Note that Weldmonger Australia is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, or for parcels that are lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. If you choose a shipping method without tracking, it is at your own risk; no refunds or credits will be issued for lost untracked items.
International Shipping
We do not currently accept international orders. All orders must be shipped to an address within Australia.
Returns Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return any unused product in its original condition within 7 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You must use a prepaid, traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and new shipping charges may apply to exchanges.

Returns Procedure
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at info@weldmonger.com.au to request the return or exchange.
2. Include your original packing slip with your return. If you do not have it, please include your order number and full contact details.
3. Ship the item(s) to the return address listed above using a traceable method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit.
