Fabricator's Ruler HD (metric)

The Fabricator's Ruler is a precision layout tool engineered for speed, accuracy and repeatability.

The Fabricator's Ruler HD builds upon the original design with increased rigidity for applications where greater support and stability are required. Featuring a wider body and a 1 mm thick stainless steel ruler, it is particularly well suited to transferring measurements around large radius tube, pipe and structural sections while maintaining excellent accuracy and repeatability.

Designed for everyday workshop use, it enables fast, consistent measurement, marking and scribing while reducing setup time and improving consistency. Precision machined from billet 6061 aluminium and fitted with a double-sided 155 mm photographically etched stainless steel ruler, both models feature an integrated locking mechanism that securely holds measurements for fast, repeatable layout work. High-resolution metric and imperial graduations provide exceptional clarity and long-term durability.

Available in two configurations to suit different applications:

Standard Fabricator's Ruler The original Fabricator's Ruler features a slim, lightweight body and a 0.5 mm stainless steel ruler, making it ideal for general fabrication, sheet metal work and applications where a thinner profile offers improved access and flexibility.

Fabricator's Ruler HD The HD model features a wider body and a 1 mm stainless steel ruler for increased rigidity, making it better suited to larger radius tube, pipe and structural sections where additional support improves stability during layout.

Both models are designed with long-term serviceability in mind.

The ruler blade is secured with M2.5 fasteners and can be replaced when required, ensuring the tool remains in service for years to come.
