Upgrade your TIG welding setup with a premium Gas Lens Kit designed for all #9 and #20 style TIG torches.

If you weld stainless steel, chromoly, Inconel, Hastelloy, or any material where shielding gas coverage matters, a gas lens is one of the best upgrades you can make.

Why Use a Gas Lens?

A gas lens improves argon flow by diffusing the gas through multiple layers of fine mesh screen. This creates a larger, smoother shielding gas envelope around the weld puddle and tungsten.

Reach Tight Areas with Confidence

Unlike standard collet bodies, a gas lens allows you to extend your tungsten significantly further while maintaining excellent gas coverage.

This is especially useful when welding:

• 4130 chromoly tube clusters
• Stainless handrail mitres
• Marine fittings and stanchions
• Pipe joints and socket welds
• Tight corners and restricted access areas
• Inconel, Hastelloy and other high-performance alloys

When access is limited, the ability to extend your tungsten while maintaining proper shielding can make all the difference.

This kit fits most #9 and #20 style TIG torches, including many models from Weldcraft®, CK Worldwide®, Lincoln®, WeldTec®, Profax® and other compatible brands.

The kit includes everything needed for 1.6mm, 2.4mm and 3.2mm tungsten setups.

Compatible with many popular torches including:

9, 20, 100, 110, 130, 200, 230FL2L, CKM230, CWH230, WCM230 and other equivalent models from Weldcraft®, Lincoln®, WeldTec® and Profax®.

Using a #17, #18 or #26 Torch?

This kit will not fit 3 Series torches.

If you have a #17, #18 or #26 torch, you'll need our Stubby Gas Lens Kit instead.

Compatible 3 Series torches include:

17, 18, 26, 150, 210, 300, 510, Trimline, FL3L, CKM350, CWHTL300, CWH350, WCM350 and equivalent models from Weldcraft®, Lincoln®, WeldTec® and Profax®.
